ECO Caters is by far one of the most amazing caterers in all of Los Angeles.  This is a big statement for a foodie town like LA.  We say this not only because of their incredible food, beautifully crafted event design, attention to detail and wildly happy clients.  We say this because of their integrity and dedication to their mission to provide the highest quality catering with handcrafted foods made 100% from scratch while minimizing their impact on the environment.  In our day-to-day work, we see much of the “behind the scenes” of what goes on (for real) in the food industry, and it’s not all what it seems out there.  But by far, ECO Caters leads the pack with its extraordinary standards in taste, design, and sincerity of purpose.

We recently sat down with Dana Stommen, Event Coordinator at ECO Caters.  A passionate foodie from Minneapolis, Dana has a diverse background that lends itself to the unique and inspirational philosophy of ECO Caters. Her background includes marketing and client relations, and a culinary degree in Minneapolis where she developed her passion and knowledge in sustainable food issues and respect for the local/organic food movement.  Our first point of contact, Dana enthusiasm, genuineness and wisdom add so much to the quality of excellence that is the earmark of the ECO Caters brand.  “Everyone at ECO Caters is so passionate and dedicated to what we do,” said Dana. “I couldn’t see myself anywhere else.”  We’re glad to hear it, Dana.
